Wenatchee Valley Hospital is a licensed 20-bed facility which serves medical and surgical patients, as well as rehabilitation patients. Surgeons perform 130 to 150 procedures each week in 9 operating rooms, and 85% of the surgery patients go home the same day. A variety of surgical procedures are performed in the hospital, from total knee replacement to a myringotomy (ear-tube insertion).
The hospital is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. In addition, our nine-room Emergency Department provides 24/7 in-house physician coverage for the community and Wenatchee Valley Hospital patients. The hospital does not include an intensive care unit.
The Bistro Cafe on the ground floor of Wenatchee Valley Hospital is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and serves a delicious selection of specials, soups, salads, and more. Wenatchee Valley Hospital patients and their families may order from the Bistro and have meals delivered to their rooms.
