Wenatchee Valley Medical Center is pleased to offer its patients that ability to pay their bills online by using a secure payment portal.  Payments are normally posted to your account within 36 business hours.

Online Bill Payment Refund Policy

All transactions processed on the Wenatchee Valley Medical Center Online Bill Payment system are eligible for a refund if the patient would like to cancel a payment.  To request a cancellation of a payment, please contact our Patient Services Department at 509-664-4802 or toll free at 888-499-4801. 

Please allow 10-14 business days for a refund check to be issued for a check transaction processed through the Wenatchee Valley Medical Center Online Bill Payment system.
