Diabetes Education For people who have had diabetes for three months or longer who desire more information about managing their diabetes successfully. Four and five weekly sessions and two individual follow up visits are included.

Classes will be held at the Miller Street Services Conference Room (located in the Sleep Studies Building) 1000 N. Miller (corner of Miller and Westwood), Wenatchee

| Cost: |
$425 - Medicare, Medicaid, and Premara cover the cost of the class if you have been diagnosed within a year, have had two consecutive HbA1c results of 8.5% or greater, a change in treatment regimen from diet control to oral meds, or from oral meds to insulin, or at high risk for complications based on inadequate glycemic control. Your primary physician must confirm the new diagnosis on a referral form. Be sure to call your insurance regarding coverage. |

Childbirth Classes Learn techniques to help you and your partner have a more relaxed birth experience. All sessions are six weeks in length. Class size is limited.
